GoodNest Property Management was founded with one simple goal: to make property ownership easier, more organized, and more profitable for Ottawa landlords.

After years of hands-on experience managing residential properties, working directly with tenants, coordinating maintenance, handling leasing, rent collection, inspections, compliance, and the everyday challenges that come with property ownership, I saw firsthand how demanding property management can be.

I also saw that many property owners were looking for something more than just someone to collect rent. They needed a management company that would be responsive, proactive, organized, and genuinely care about protecting their investment.

That is why I created GoodNest.

Our approach is built around practical experience and personal service. We understand that every property and every owner has different priorities, which is why we focus on tailored management rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

From finding qualified tenants and managing day-to-day communication to coordinating maintenance and keeping properties operating smoothly, our goal is to take the pressure off owners while helping their investments perform at their best.
